Which size should I use for what?

The 21 oz rectangular container suits an adult lunch, and the 6 oz container suits a kid’s snack. The 51 oz and 37 oz containers suit family leftovers and big batches, and the 10 to 17 oz squares suit sides, fruit, and salads. The 1 oz jars suit dressings, dips, and sauces.

Can I use these glass containers in the oven, microwave, and freezer?

Yes. The borosilicate glass containers in this set can go in the freezer, microwave, and oven. The lids can’t go in the microwave or oven, so remove them before heating. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as moving a frozen container straight into a hot oven.

Are the containers and lids dishwasher safe?

Yes. The glass containers can go in the dishwasher, and the lids go on the top rack. The silicone seals come out of the lids, so you can wash them separately.
