Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window
Customers are entitled to request a return of items within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. After thirty (30) days, return requests will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required. Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Exclusions from Return Policy

Used Items: Due to the nature of the product, items that have been used in any capacity, including but not limited to being worn, altered, or damaged by the customer, are ineligible for return.

Restocking Fees: In the event that the return reason is other than a manufacturing defect, the buyer shall bear the cost of return shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the original purchase price.
- Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Razab HomeGoods within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the item. Failure to report damaged goods within the specified time frame will forfeit eligibility for return or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Razab Inc. at cs@razab.com to request a return authorization. The customer will be provided with instructions for returning the item and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Unauthorized Returns
Any returns sent to Razab HomeGoods without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items must be returned in accordance with the return authorization instructions provided.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs as stated herein.
