Limited Warranty

Razab offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If your Razab product has a defect due to manufacturing within one year of purchase, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and durability of our kitchenware. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal household use. If you experience an issue due to a manufacturing defect within the first year of purchase, we will replace your item at no extra cost.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring that your product meets our high-quality standards. It also includes protection against structural damage or breakage that occurs under normal household use. 

Additionally, if your lid no longer seals properly due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it to maintain the functionality of your storage container.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care, including overheating, dishwasher misuse, or impacts, are also excluded. 

Additionally, any unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under our warranty policy, as we cannot guarantee their authenticity or quality.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

To file a warranty claim, please ensure you have all the necessary details ready. Gather your order number or proof of purchase, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Provide a brief description of the problem to help us understand the concern.

Once you have these details, submit your claim through the provided form, and our team will review it promptly to assist you with a resolution.

Review & Resolution

Our team will review your warranty claim within 5-7 business days. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost, ensuring you can continue using your Razab kitchenware with confidence.

Additional Warranty Information

This warranty is only valid for purchases made on Razab.com, Amazon (official Razab store), and authorized retailers.

Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar item of equal value.
